Olean man charged with vehicular manslaughter, DWI after fatal Route 417 crash

CARROLLTON — A Kill Buck man was killed and an Olean man was charged in a Wednesday afternoon accident on Route 417, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday.
