Police reports 7/12/17: Alleged Credit Card Theft update
OLEAN — Robert C. Simmons, 38, of Olean, was charged with fifth-degree misdemeanor criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree felony criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree felony forgery.
