Cattaraugus Co. to apply for $750K grant to aid Composite Panel

LITTLE VALLEY — Cattaraugus County will apply for a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant to aid Composite Panel Solutions in financing a new 80,000-square-foot factory in Little Valley.
