Hall pleads guilty to assisting Parks slaying

LITTLE VALLEY — Thomas Hall of Olean admitted to assisting in the August 2014 shooting death of Otis Lamont Parks, also known as Lamont Clemons, Tuesday in Cattaraugus County Court.
