Buchhardt promoted to undersheriff

LITTLE VALLEY — Sheriff Timothy Whitcomb of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office announced today that Capt. Robert Buchhardt was promoted to the office of undersheriff of Cattaraugus County on Monday.
