Local officials pleased with Gov. Cuomo’s proposal

Both Cattaraugus County Administrator Jack Searles and Assemblyman Joseph Giglio, R-Gowanda, liked Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s state budget proposal Tuesday to freeze municipalities’ property taxes for two years.
