SALAMANCA — Kayla Jackson and Lindsay Forthman each captured a pair of events to propel Salamanca past Frewsburg, 112-74, Tuesday night in girls’ swimming action.

Jackson took first in the 200-yard individual medley and 500 freestyl;e, and also swam in two relay-winning events, while Forthman won 100 butterfly and diving event for the Warriors.

Forthman posted her personal best on the diving board (210.97) and missed the school record by just 1.13 points.

“It’s gonna happen for her,” Salamanca coach Laurie Lafferty-John said of Forthman’s bid for the record. “She’s worked so hard and deserves to be on that board.”

Morgan Scarpino was a double for Frewsburg, taking both the 50 and 100 free events.
