Salamanca Police

• Wednesday, 9:33 a.m., Travon J. Spencer, 20, of 139 Claudette St., Buffalo, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor. He allegedly took his mother’s car without permission from 54 Henry St. Spencer was located in Ellicottville, transported to Salamanca, arraigned and released. He is due in court at a later date.

• Thursday, 2:36 a.m., Doreen R. McKenzie, 50, of 117 Wilson St., Salamanca, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. She was reportedly told numerous times by police to leave the area and stop yelling obscenities. She was held and will be released on an appearance ticket to appear in Salamanca City Court on Nov. 16.

Wellsville Police

• Wednesday, no time provided, Nicholas J. Beato, 19, of Rochester, was charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; speed in zone, a violation; and passed red light and failure to comply with a lawful order. Charges stem from an Oct. 5 incident on North Main Street. Beato was processed, issued an appearance ticket, released and is due in Wellsville Village Court Nov. 27.

• Wednesday, no time provided, Bryan M. Merry, 26, of Wellsville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, stemming from an incident on North Franklin Street. Merry was processed, issued an appearance ticket, released and is due in Wellsville Village Court Nov. 27.

• Wednesday, no time provided, Rebekah R. Bulkeley, 24, of Wellsville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; uninspected motor vehicle, a violation; and two counts of no/improper restraint for back seat passengers ages 4-7. Bulkeley was issued traffic citations, released and is due in Wellsville Village Court Nov. 27.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

• ALLEGANY — Marcella S. Pfleegor, 37, of Duke Center, Pa., was charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree welfare fraud, both class D felonies; and two counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, class E felonies. Pfleegor allegedly received $3,708 in fraudulent food stamps by concealing and failing to report income. Pfleegor turned herself in to Allegany Town Court, released and is due to appear in Olean City Court Nov. 13.

New York State Police

• WELLSVILLE — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 3:34 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 86 at exit 30. Tamasine M. Oram, 51, of Franklinville, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• WELLSVILLE — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6:26 a.m. Wednesday on Vorhees Hill Road. Lacey D. Studer, 39, of Andover, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• GENESEE — A two-vehicle accident was reported at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday on Portville Ceres and Prosser Road. DA Saunders, 59, of Little Genesee, and Robert M. Doxey, 44, of Olean, were identified as the drivers. Three injuries were reported.

• ALLEN — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday on Schafer Road. Shelby D. Treudell, 19, of Scio, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• CARROLLTON — A two-vehicle accident was reported at 4:21 p.m. Wednesday on Route 219 and Sunnyside Drive. Linda K. DuBois, 64, of Bradford, Pa. was identified as one driver. An unidentified 18-year-old male was reported to be the other driver. One injury was reported.

• WARD — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 5 p.m. Wednesday on State Highway 244 and County Road 10. Edward J. Abdo, 61, of East Concord, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• OLEAN — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 86 at exit 25. Jessica L. Baker, 28, of Friendship, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• SCIO — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday on Comfort Hollow Road. Andrea L. Niece, 29, of Smethport, Pa., was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• WARD — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on Baker Road. Teresa Lynn O’Connor, 42, of Wellsville, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• ALMOND — Gregory L. Beecher, 44, of Canaseraga, was charged at 12:23 a.m. Thursday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
