Olean Police

• Wednesday, 7:38 a.m., no injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident on West State Street near South Sixth Street. L.J. Boudin, 71, of 551 King St., Olean, reportedly struck the rear end of a vehicle driven by  Rebecca E. Fisher, 54, of 5775 Windfall Road, Kill Buck, which had slowed for a pedestrian. Boudin told police she was unable to stop due to the pavement being icy. She was cited for following too closely, an infraction.

• Wednesday, 8:15 a.m., no injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 86 near Buffalo Road. Cory Paul Kaczor, 30, of Elmira Heights, was traveling west when he reportedly lost control of his vehicle on the slippery roadway and struck a guardrail.

• Wednesday, 4:39 p.m., Katrina M. Manza, 34, of 633 S. Union St., Apt. 5, Olean, was charged with third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. According to police documents, Manza allegedly brandished a knife during a dispute. She was released on her own recognizance and is due back in court at a later date.

• Wednesday, 5:42 p.m., no injuries were reported from a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of West State and North 15th streets. James J. Pierce, 62, of 6018 Dublin Road, Salamanca, reportedly made a left-hand turn in front of a vehicle driven by Christine M. Moses, 47, of 611 Front St., Olean, causing a collision. Pierce’s vehicle then slid into a third vehicle, driven by Clark L. Milks, 62, of 3606 Fay Hollow Road, Hinsdale. Pierce was cited for failure to yield right of way, an infraction.

Wellsville Police

• Tuesday, no time provided, Katharine S. Jackson, 33, of Wellsville, was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance, a class B misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported Monday on North Main Street. Jackson was processed and released. She is due back in court at a later date.

Allegany County Sheriff’s Office

• BELMONT — John R. Roulo, 35, of Richburg, was arrested Monday on a violation of probation warrant issued out of Allegany County. Roulo, who was being released from Allegany County Jail on unrelated charges, was arraigned and remanded back to the jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond. He is due back in court at a later date.

New York State Police

• NEW HUDSON — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 8:05 p.m. Monday on Mount Monroe Road near Horner Road. Christopher J. Dahar, 50, of Fulton, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• WELLSVILLE — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday on Ketchner Road near Niles Hill Road. Cindy L. Becker, 53, of Wellsville, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• ALMOND — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 8 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 86 near mile marker 119. Vicki L. Parry, 47, of Angelica, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• ALMA — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday on Stone Dam Road near Mulvey Road. Heather L. Hoffman, 44, of Shinglehouse, Pa., was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.

• ELLICOTTVILLE — Timothy A. Witter, 41, of Cuba, was charged at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors, and speed violation and moving from lane unsafely, both infractions. Witter was issued a ticket to appear in court at a later date.

• OLEAN — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 8:27 p.m. Tuesday on Dugan Road near Spencer Road. William J. Phillips, 43, of Olean, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.
