OLEAN — A Bolivar man was charged Friday for reportedly stealing $1,508.95 worth of merchandise from Kohls department store.

Fred C. Galbreath, 46, of 100 Olive Street, Bolivar, was charged at 7:51 p.m. Friday with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, after reportedly leaving the store without paying for many items including men’s and women’s fitness apparel.

Galbreath was processed, arraigned and held on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.

  • BELFAST — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6:34 a.m. Friday on State Route 19 near County Road 16. Mackenzie E. Ward, 23, of Belmont, was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
  • ALMOND — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 1:07 p.m. Friday off the roadway near Wilson-Karr Road. Justin L. Fowler, 19, of Rusk, Ky., was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
  • ALMOND — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 2:29 p.m. Friday on McHenry Vally Road near Stanz Road. Shane T. Grandusky, 43, of Almond, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.
  • AMITY — Jordan H. Mullings, 29, of Belmont, was charged at 6:50 p.m. Friday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, acting in a manor injurious to a child and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors. Mullings was released on his own recognizance.
  • WIRT — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 7:53 p.m. Friday on County Road 8 near Clark Road. Denise M. Kasperski, 53, of Friendship, was identified as the driver. No injuries were reported.
  • FRANKLINVILLE

— Philip J. Dille, 46, of Franklinville, was charged at 8:51 p.m. Friday with recklessly causing physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Dille was released on his own recognizance.
