Are you OK with the Warming House moving onto North Union Street?

St. Bonaventure University officials may not know if the Warming House can move into 164 N. Union St. for another two months after the city's Planning Board delayed taking action at Wednesday's meeting. Planning Board members listened to nearly three hours of public comment on the matter.
