PISCATAWAY, N.J. - News, notes and other information from the Bonnies' 85-81 loss to the University of Delaware on Friday night at the RAC:

- With the loss, the Bonnies missed out on their first 3-0 start since the 2000-'01 campaign when they topped New Mexico State, Fresno State and Charlotte to open the season.

- The Bonnies' 54 percent shooting was a season-high while their 4-for-17 effort from 3-point range was a season-low. It was also the first time the Bonnies didn't force at least 20 turnovers.

- The 24 points by Jon Hall were a career-high as were Andrew Nicholson's 14-point effort and Ray Blackburn's nine-point output. It was the third-straight game Hall has scored at least 16 points and had at least three rebounds and three assists.

- Junior guard Chris Matthews jumped out to his third quick start in as many games, accounting for seven of the Bonnies' first 11 points, and finishing with 18 for the game.

- It was the first time St. Bonaventure scored at least 80 points since a 96-82 loss to Temple on Feb. 20 of last season.

- Friday night marked the first time this season the Bonnies didn't have a double-digit lead at halftime. After leads of 17 and 10 on Robert Morris and Marist, Bona led the Blue Hens by just three.

- Freshman forward Da'Quan Cook was the only scholarship player not to pick up at least one point. The bench again did its part, collecting 32 points and 15 rebounds in the loss.

- Marc Egerson, who came into Friday night's contest averaging 22 points and 14 rebounds, was held to nine on just 3-for-12 shooting.

- St. Bonaventure fell to 1-3 all-time when playing on Nov. 21, dating back to the 1975-'76 season. The Bonnies' lone win on this date came in the season opener of the 2003-'04 campaign against Robert Morris.

- The Bonnies are now 0-1 all-time against the Blue Hens while their record against teams from the Colonial Athletic Association fell to 5-4.

- St. Bonaventure has one more game remaining in the Garden State Challenge. It will take on host Rutgers University Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the RAC.

Attendance for the game was 1,221.
